Transit day 1 - 13 Oct

- Pack & Transit to o/n stop at 80 Mile beach
- Follow up with Helena - II media liaison & Echic website rebuild
- Bush fix if busted hose 1/3into transit
- Confirmed Pilbara Regiment open day event stall
Day 2 - 14 Oct
- Transit day 2 from 80mile beach gravel pit to Port Headland
- Helped out Clinton civvy (broken down but heading other way) to coordinate a tow back to PH
- Met RAAF veteran Andy @Port Headland turf club and passed on referrals to some ESOs for service dogs | 1 x veteran
- Met Simon ex-reservist Telpa 1/19 RAR? (Near wagga) travelling with his family | 1 x veteran, 1 x family support
- Continued content upload for website rebuild
Day 3 - 15 Oct
- 10min breathing
- 10min power Abs (core rehab)
- Transit to Karatha and setup opposite Taylor Barracks (Pilbara Regiment)
- Prime awareness position facing barracks and on entry to caravan park - reach approx 50 people per day
- Attended Pilbara Regiment - consecration and presentation of colours parade
Day 4 - 16 Oct
- 20min gratitude & breathing
- 10min power Abs (core rehab)
- Setup our awareness stall at Pilbara Regiment open day
- What an amazing open day hosted by the Pilbara Regiment and successful awareness stand. 100 x serving members, 30 x returned service veterans, 10 x first responders , 100 x families/immediate support, 3 ESO’s and new contacts made
Day 5 - 17 Oct
- 30min breathing triangles and awareness
- Uploaded content for our website rebuild
- Chatted with fellow Traveller who’s cousin was in Defence and passed on our brochure / 1 x support
Day 6 - 18 Oct
- 10min power Abs (core rehab)
- Was connected to MESHA director SA through Mena (radio course)
- Explored Point Samson, swam and snorkeled and Cossack ghost town and did a bit of mindful photography
- Uploaded more content for our website rebuild
Day 7 - 19 Oct
- 30min run
- 10min power Abs (core rehab)
- Morning tea with the Pilbara Regiment and lengthy chat with the CO creating a connection and relationship to build on for future collaboration - 5 x senior veterans
- Lifeline placement shift 3 (3.5hrs)
- Prep for transit day
