Invisible Injuries- Mental health ambassadors

RESET Mindful Music Music. Stories. Moments to Pause.
At RESET, we believe wellbeing isn't about finding one perfect solution. It's about discovering the combination of practices that help you slow down, reconnect and find what works for you. For some people that's movement. For others it's breathwork, time in nature, photography... or simply putting on a great piece of music. Mindful Music brings together immersive audio-visual experiences, carefully curated DJ mixes and community recommendations that have become part of the Invisible Injuries journey. Whether you're heading out for a walk, unwinding after work, stretching, reading, enjoying a quiet coffee or simply looking for something more intentional than endless scrolling, we hope these collections invite you to slow down and enjoy the moment.

🎬 Listen & Watch Featured Collection – Iterations by Spence Music has an incredible ability to shape the atmosphere around us. The Iterations series, created by Spence, pairs progressive electronic music with breathtaking cinematography to create immersive audio-visual experiences. Rather than simply watching a video, you're invited to settle into the journey—whether that's on the television while you unwind at home, playing in the background during a quiet evening, or accompanying moments of reflection and relaxation. Every journey is different. Simply press play and enjoy the experience.
🎵 Mindful Mixes Curated by Invisible Injuries co-founder Andy Fermo (DJ Antix) These mixes were originally created as an invitation to slow things down. Built around progressive house, melodic electronica and carefully layered journeys, each mix unfolds gradually rather than demanding your attention. Some members of our community enjoy listening while walking in nature, practising yoga, stretching, journalling, travelling or simply taking a few quiet moments with a coffee. Others enjoy having a mix playing while they work, create or unwind at the end of the day. However you choose to listen, we hope these mixes help you create a moment to slow down, reconnect and enjoy the journey. 🚐 Tales From the Road The soundtrack to our National Awareness Tour This collection holds a special place in the Invisible Injuries story. During our National Awareness Tour around Australia, many people assumed the journey was fully funded. The reality was very different. Like many grassroots charities, we simply found ways to make it work. Throughout the journey, Andy continued performing as DJ Antix— sometimes volunteering to play for veterans and local communities, sometimes swapping DJ sets at caravan parks or community venues to help cover fuel, food or a place to stay. Music became another way of building connection. Some nights were community gatherings, while others were quiet sunset sessions overlooking beaches, rivers and vast Australian landscapes. Many of these mixes were recorded or curated while travelling and capture the spirit of that journey—one community, one conversation and one stop at a time. They're more than DJ mixes. They're chapters from the road. 🚐 Tales From the Road The soundtrack to our National Awareness Tour Cover: Unknown Artist | Location: Mitchell St, Darwin| Photo: Andy Fermo Arriving in Darwin after being in the outback in Mataranka and surrounds it was a nice change to be back in “The big smoke” where we stayed at the “Ill Eagle”, enjoyed a hotel room and being tourists in the most underatted city in Australia. Cover: Unknown Artist | Location: Timber Creek, WA | Photo: Andy Fermo Playing the game with the 3rd COVID jab we managed to cross the WA border and spent a few days at Lake Argyle, what a stunning place, being back in WA felt like a homecoming this time around. We also had the opportunity to performa an amazing gig sharing ambassadoring our mental health message which was a much talked about topic at the time not only for veterans and first responder but for the entire community. Cover: Unknown Artist | Location: Power Box, Geraldton, WA | Photo: Andy Fermo Arriving in Perth after a year on the road it seemed surreal, we were staying with family for the Festive season....repairs then back on the road. Little did we know a relocation and settling back in our hometown was about to become a reality. Cover: Unknown Artist | Location: Bark Hutt Inn, NT | Photo: Andy Fermo It was the mix recorded ready for the big transit post festive season that never eventuated as we’d decided to have a crack at restablishing ourselves in Perth and chase “The Aussie Dream” of homeownership one last time........ it was hard yakka but we got there saved and purchased a home in under a year and the rest is an ongoing adventure and story uncovering in real time.
