John Witness the Evolution: Shane and Angelina Saunders, pioneers in breathwork and mindfulness, have transcended their own journey to empower countless individuals through their wellness business, Breathe Me. Guided by luminaries like Dan Brule and Dr. Peter Litchfield, their transformative workshops and retreats have become synonymous with healing and renewal. Shane & Angelina Embark on a Journey of Transformation: Introduced to the power of breathwork by mentor Shane Saunders, I initially dismissed its potential. However, faced with severe PTSD symptoms, Shane's unwavering support and the commitment to a 10 week practice regimen proved life-altering.
