Your support helps us create the opportunity. YOUR SUPPORT CREATES CONNECTION THAT MATTERS DONATE
In 2025, our programs continued to grow, creating more opportunities for veterans, first responders and their support networks to connect with practical wellbeing activities in safe, supportive environments. Through RSL Active alone, more than 884 participant engagements were recorded across approximately 180 trauma-aware sessions and 30+ program blocks, representing 243% growth in engagement from 2024. And those numbers are only part of the story.
IMPACT IS MORE THAN A NUMBER DONATE
It might be someone reconnecting with movement while undergoing PTSD treatment. Someone putting on dive gear and getting underwater. A small group heading out onto a trail together. Someone learning practical ways to recognise a trigger and regulate their response. Someone picking up a guitar, getting their hands in the soil or simply trying something they haven't done before. Or it might just be someone finding a place where they feel comfortable turning up again. Sometimes connection is the first step towards something bigger. BEHIND EVERY ENGAGEMENT IS A PERSON CHOOSING TO PARTICIPATE.
CONNECTION IN ACTION DONATE
RESET & TRAUMA-AWARE WELLBEING Our RESET programs combine practical strategies, movement, breathwork, mindfulness and lived-experience-led learning to help participants better understand their responses and build tools they can use in everyday life. Warrior RESET participants reported reduced stress and increased energy, with 100% of survey respondents indicating they would participate again and recommend the program. Sometimes wellbeing doesn't need to start in a clinical setting. Our Come Try programs use activities such as hiking, diving, horticulture and mindful music to create small-group opportunities to learn something, experience something and connect with other people. The activity gets people through the door. | Connection is what happens around it. CLINICAL & RECOVERY PATHWAYS We also work alongside existing treatment and allied-health pathways. At the Marian Centre, our Veteran Yoga Project brought trauma-aware yoga and breathwork into a PTSD treatment environment for thier TRP program ranging between 7-10 veterans & first responders. All survey respondents reported improved body awareness, and 100% indicated they would consider continuing yoga or breathwork as part of their ongoing wellbeing. Not everyone can, or wants to, attend a program in person. Our online wellbeing programs provide another entry point, giving participants access to structured beginner programs and a growing library of recorded resources they can use wherever they are. Different pathways. One common purpose. Connection. Purpose. Practical tools for life beyond service.
WHY YOUR SUPPORT MATTERS DONATE
HELP US CREATE THE NEXT OPPORTUNITY Government grants and partnerships allow us to deliver important programs, but they don't cover every opportunity, every participant or every idea worth pursuing. Donations give us something equally important: Flexibility. The flexibility to respond when an opportunity arises. To help remove a financial barrier. To trial something new. To purchase equipment. To engage the right facilitator. To reach another community. Or to keep something working when other funding finishes. Your support helps turn an idea into an opportunity someone can actually participate in.
Someone doesn't have to arrive saying: “I need help.” Sometimes they just need an invitation to come along. To move. To learn something. To get outdoors. To meet a few people. To pick up a guitar. To walk a trail. To get underwater. To put their hands in the soil. Or simply to find somewhere they feel comfortable turning up again. That can be where something bigger begins. SOMETIMES THE FIRST STEP LOOKS DIFFERENT. DONATE ONGOING PARTNERSHIP
HELP CREATE WHAT COMES NEXT.
Every program begins with an opportunity. An opportunity to participate. To connect. To learn. To build practical tools. To find community. And sometimes, simply to take the next step. Your donation doesn't just fund a program. IT HELPS CREATE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE THEIR NEXT STEP DONATE PARTNER
