Day 1 - 20 Sep
Transit day
- 10min breathing & 10min power Abs course
- Had intermittent fault on HQ battery and took it into Battery World for warranty to get checked…and met Veteran Lucas - 4yrs Navy - Stoker / 1 x veteran
- Paid our respects at Adelaide River war cemetery.
- Arrived at Edith Creek free camp and setup to explore EC falls and Nitmilik (Katherine Gorge) tomorrow.
Day 1 - 21Sep
Edith Free camp
- Decided to stay an extra day to reset
- 10min power Abs workout (core rehab)
- Visit nitmilik Edith Falls w/ 2km loop walk and connecting to nature swim in top pool
- Katherine mini supplies
- Lifeline placement gateway modules
- Prep for transit
Day 3 - 22 Sep
Timber Creek
- 10min power Abs (core rehab lower back)
- Transit day to Timber Creek and setup at gravel pit just north for final night in WA
- Connect with nature, fire pit & reflection of NT phase of tour
Day 4 - 24 Sep
Entry to WA
- 10min power Abs (core rehab - lower back)
- 10min breathing
- Entry to WA checkpoint and spoke with Police about our tour (well received and gave them our brochure)/ 2 x first responders
- Checked into Lake Argyle Resort (Kimberlies) - 4nights and we’re setup in beautiful spot for mindful photography
- Met up with travelers ex-police Sull-vans on tour and shared our message and gig sorties - 1 x FR / 1 x support
Day 5 - 24 Sep
- 10min power Abs
- 60min grounding yoga flow
- Opportunity to perform a mindfulness through music gig at Lake Argyle resort and share our tour message. | Caravan park 300 x people | At gig x 100 people | connected with 1 x ex-SF veteran & 1 x family | 1 FR ex-police & 1 x family
Day 6 - 25 Sep
- 10min power Abs (core / back rehab)
- Lifeline final placement modules
- Self-care….just hanging out
Day 7 - 26 Sep
- Connect with nature - 60min swim lake argyle pontoon with Phoenix
- 3hr bush walk to “the bluff” & “homestead”
- Passed on our brochure and tour comic/patch to SF veteran
- 4WD and sunset mindful photography “unnamed lookout” and reflection - Lake Argyle
Day 8 - 27 Sep
Transit day to Wyndham
- 20min breathing meditation
- 10min power Abs (core rehab)
- 45min grounding swim w/kids at Lake Argyle
- Connection referrals through SF vet
- Transit day to Wyndham & setup

Day 9 - 28 Sep

- Met a First responder water police & family travelling to reconnect and mental health / 1 x FR & 1 x Family
- Alternator problems!!!! Stuck in Wyndham…tour pause…

Day 10 - 29 Sep

- Sorted component replacement and we’ll be in town for another week…tour pause
- Using this time to pause content creation and consolidate our website upgrade
Day 11 - 30 Sep
- Broadcast radio silence 2 weeks to work on our website and repair our alternator in Wyndham
- 70min run (10km) in 35+ def @ 6am

Day 12 - 01 Oct

- Bushranger wash and maintenance
- 45min family arvo walk

- Alternator arrived and fitting booked for Monday 04 Oct

Day 14 - 03 Oct

- Met Robyn and Peter who’s son was in 8/9Rar JTAC and now medic / 1 x Family immediate support
- Met Andrew & their crew who have a son-in-law in the RAAF and moved to support the family in Tindal / 1 x Family immediate support
Day 15 - 04 Oct
- 10min power Abs (core rehab)
- 100 push-up, side lunge
- Drive 4WD in for alternator Fit out
- Trevmech mechanics fixed the car with no hassle and his son is also at Kapooka atm / 1 x family immediate support
- Continue entering content for website rebuild @ library
Day 16 - 05 Oct

- 10min power Abs (core rehab)
- Another scorcher of a day 43deg
- Explore Wyndham - Grotto, old Halls creek road & five rivers lookout….connect, grounding, reflection, gratitude.
