  • Picked up asset delivery - Awning replacement
  • Transit day to Burdekin veterans retreat (deep water), Ayr
  • We’re outside of Townsville lockdown but reassessing our movements based on restrictions
  • Met Bill & Roz, Pat (& wife) ex rAAF 2 x veterans / 2 x families with Intro to other 2 caravans tomorrow.
  • Locked in Glen McBride fundraising for II on this months twitch streaming

  • 1hr breathing coaches course
  • Introduced ourselves to the other campers at Burdekin, Phil and wife (ex navy), Rick (Raame) 2 x veterans & 1 family
  • Admin run to Ayr info center and met Bruce (Ex paramedic 35 years) whose son Jed jus discharged medically from 2 CDO (1FR, 1xFamily)
  • Vocational rehab - Radio course (producing radio shows)
Day 2 - 1 July (New financial year)
  • 10min yoga stretches
  • 50 x ptp band lateral raises, shoulder movement ext and int rotations, standing body twists
  • Worked on updating our website brief
  • Day 1 dry July
Day 3 - 2July
  • 20min breathing
  • 100 x push-ups, 50 arm curls triceps extensions
  • Mt Inkerman lookout walk 60mins
  • Geocache hunting
  • Mindful photography
  • Met 2 First responders Jaimie (ex 1 Armoured & police) and Jackie (police) with their family at Plantation park on holiday from Bendigo | 2 x FR | 1 x Vet | 1 x family

  • Farewelled our new caravaning mates and welcomed a new group of of contemporary veterans and their families… 6 x veterans (2 current serving) w 6 x families from Townsville

  • Created and scheduled social media posts
  • Separate chats with veteran Paddy (termite), Justin (Boatie) & Nathan (termite) 10FSB focused on mental health and their self care plan.
  • Performed live DJ Antix mindfulness through music set to group (in new story segue format)
  • Connecting veteran Justin w/ The Garro Townsville chapter and likewise for 51FNQR for us
  • Recorded Winter Warrior Challenge videos for Visual 1
