Recovery therapy for PTSD often involves Expanding The Window of Tolerance.

Positive stress, is about self regulation, a skill to reach balance or self sooth. Its not about braving dysregulation. Daily life requires some degree of stress management skills. Mostly this is achieved through mindfulness and breathwork.
